Glu Mobile just announced the release of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Mobile Edition. The game has been developed as a result of a partnership with Activision, a leading worldwide developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and leisure products.
The mobile version of this game follows
the lines set by the Infinity Ward blockbuster by the same name. Still, the mobile version comes with a different story, mission and objectives although it is supposed to provide just as much action and entertainment as up to now. The greatest features that this
mobile game has to offer also lists cinematic intensity, epic battlefield moments and an intense multiplayer action.
The campaign is made of nine separate missions and enlists players as members of the British S.A.S. and U.S. Marine forces. Their task is that of confronting a rogue enemy group threatening the world. This turns the challenge into a classic "saving the world" mission that puts a major strain on the gamer.
The game also includes some special effects, a variety of mission types and objectives, as well as modern weapons to choose from. The player can use surrounding objects in order to take cover, which adds to the realism of the game, while they destroy moving vehicles and face the attacks of the enemy.
Glu Mobile has great confidence in the potential of this mobile game and hopes it will manage to bring modern warfare to fans of the Call of Duty franchise.
