Calibre Plugin of the Week: Manage Series

Calibre is one of the best eBook management softwares available right now, but its strength lies in the abundance of plugins available for it.

This week we’ll take a look at a very interesting plugin called “Manage Series.” According to the developer, this plugin offers a GUI, allowing users to quickly create and edit your series column values for your selected books using either drag & drop or keyboard shortcuts.

The “Manage Series” plugin also provides a good alternative to the "editing the series column" in the library view, where the square brackets must be very carefully edited within.

It can be easily installed from the preferences menu or from the official forum, and it needs version 0.8.18 or higher of Calibre. A comprehensive tutorial about its usage can be found on the official forum.
