Calibre 0.9.24 has been released today and it expands the functionality of the ToC Editor introduced in the previous version, by allowing its creation from the headings or links in the book.

Also new in this revision is the possibility to save settings presets so you can use them at a later time. This option is available for EPUB and MOBI catalogs.

As far as repairs are concerned, the developer addressed problems such as correct handling of the “:before” and “:after” pseudo CSS selectors during a conversion; on the same note, now there is support for CSS stylesheets that wrap their rules inside a @media rule.

Users with really large libraries should no longer have trouble with covers disappearing when scrolling the list beyond the 32,678th book. The full list of modifications can be found here.
