14 DAY TRIAL // A traffic violation caught on camera in Chicago has escalated from a hit and run attempt to a four-vehicle collision, as the video above will confirm.
A cab is hit by the driver of an SUV on Belmont Avenue, and the guilty motorist tries to run off. The taxi driver gets out of the vehicle and stands in the middle of the street, not letting the SUV driver get away.
He asks for insurance information but he is denied, as the SUV driver becomes more and more aggravated.
He tries to turn back but cannot get out of the jam, so he panics and hits four more cars. One of them, as the Mirror points out, is a police car.
To make this story ever more hilarious, police report that the man had stolen the SUV vehicle. They caught up to him and charged him, and he is now in custody.
