A CVS Pharmacy receipt, posted above, is the cause of a heated debate and a $1 million (€765,000) lawsuit against the chain.

As you can read, the attendant has referred to an Asian customer as “Ching Chong Lee” instead of bothering to write down her real name.

Hyun Lee, of Egg Harbor City, in southern New Jersey was going to pick up some photos she had printed out when she noticed the name on the receipt. She described that they had her actual name, having sent her an email to pick up the shots.

She refused to go back and recover the photos and instead complained to the managers. They responded by saying that their employee would be “counseled and trained” following the incident.

According to the Pix 11, Lee, a pregnant mother of two of Korean descent has sued the company on April 16.
