True to its name, Korean handset manufacturer LG has just announced that its presence at the CTIA Wireless 2011 will be highlighted by a line-up of super-phones, as well as a wide range of wireless devices incorporating advanced technologies such as 4G and 3D mobile displays.

An important part of the company's product roadmap for the 2011 is now showcased at the CTIA 2011, including the T-Mobile G-Slate Android tablet, the LG G2x with NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor and the LG Thrill with glasses-free 3D mobile display.

LG is committed to becoming an industry leader in new categories such as the newly-coined super-phone class that will greatly impact the way consumers use their phones,” said Tim O'Brien, vice president of marketing for LG Mobile Phones. “With a line-up of the most technologically advanced wireless devices at CTIA, LG is paving the way with industry leading 3D mobile entertainment, dual core handsets and next generation wireless speeds.”

Also known as Optimus 3D, LG Thrill 4G features a 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen and 1GHz dual core/dual channel RAM, which makes it perfect for multitasking. The device is expected to be launched in the following weeks through AT&T.

The latest LG G2x is another powerful high-end smartphone, which will be available at T-Mobile later this spring. The device is powered by an NVIDIA Tegra 2 1 GHz dual core processor and built-in support for T-Mobile's 4G network. The phone's CPU embeds low power consumption technology and offers high performance video and audio playback.

LG Revolution is the first 4G LTE smartphone introduced by the manufacturer and will be available through Verizon. Customers can expect download speeds of 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps in 4G. The phone is equipped with a large 4.3-inch touch screen and a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and camcorder.

LG Vortex is an entry-level smartphone that offers first-time Android users the possibility to explore the Android. The device comes with 3G connectivity, 3.2-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity, Mobile HotSpot capability, and 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and camcorder.

T-Mobile G-Slate is LG's first 4G Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet and is expected to be available this spring at T-Mobile. The device comes with a high-definition 8.9-inch 3D-capable multi-touch display, as well as 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash.

Thanks to its built-in support for 3D graphics, users will be able to capture and share their own 3D videos and experience 3D HD content right on the device with the aid of 3D glasses.

LG is also displaying some of its mobile accessories at CTIA Wireless 2011 such as the Bluetooth Headset HBM – 905, Bluetooth Headset HBS – 700 and Wireless charger WCP – 700.
