COWON, a Korean company specialized in digital audio, video, voice hardware and software, has just released a new firmware update for their D20 MP3 player. According to the provided changelog, this version only modifies the battery level indicator.

The new release comes with some notes that advise users to back up any important data and remove the MicroSD card before the update and make sure the AC adapter is plugged in all the time during the installation process.

Below are the links to the firmware and, in order to update your MP3 player, you must first unzip the files and copy them to your device's root folder. Make sure the D20 is turned off before you plug it in your computer.

After this is done, safely remove the device and power it on. The firmware installation process should start automatically.
