A new flavor of the upcoming Galaxy S IV smartphone has reportedly made an appearance in benchmarks, with model number SCH-i959 attached to it, and with support for CDMA connectivity.

The handset is supposedly set to become available for purchase in China on the network of China Telecom, which is currently selling a CDMA flavor of Galaxy S III as model SCH-i939.

The mobile phone was spotted in AnTuTu, where it scored impressively high at 26,250, although it is said to be running under development software for the time being, and not a final build.

The smartphone is said to run under Google’s Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean platform, while featuring a 1.8GHz quad-core processor inside, and a full HD screen, the same as previous rumors pointed out, pocketnow notes.

Galaxy S IV is set to make its official debut on March 14 during a press event set for New York, so stay tuned for more on this.
