Owners of an AT&T or T-Mobile branded Galaxy Note smartphone can now take advantage of the features of the CyanogenMod 10.1 builds, as the first nightlies are now available for them.

These builds will provide users with the benefits of the latest flavor of Google’s Android operating system, but without the TouchWIZ interface that Samsung loaded on it through its official firmware releases.

As Android Police notes, the original Galaxy Note smartphone received access to CM 10.1 nightly builds only several weeks after similar software had been made available for the Galaxy Note II handset.

Furthermore, it seems that the owners of the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket on AT&T’s network can also grab their share of CM 10.1 firmware, should they want to move away from the official software loaded on their devices.

All these builds can be found on the CyanogenMod download website.
