The first of its kind, it measures 21.5 inches and has 16 GB storage space

The Chrome operating system was made for laptops bereft of onboard storage (beyond what is needed by the OS itself), but LG allowed itself a bit of freedom when it made the Chromebase All-in-One.

That's right, the Chrome OS all-in-one PC of whose existence I learned back in December has finally become official.

It has 16 GB of SSD storage, 2 GB RAM, a 21.5-inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080 pixels), and AN Intel Celeron CPU running everything.

HDMI, USB, and Ethernet connectors are included as well, along with a headphone jack and an extra US port on the side (the others are at the back, below the screen hinge).

Finally, the keyboard has a search key instead of the Caps Lock key. That's pretty much it, although, as we said, we did look at the Chromebase 21.5-inch All-in-One system more closely last month.
