The 30-inch built-in wall oven is not only an… uhm… oven, but also an Android device, as it features a 7-inch tablet running the popular platform.
In case you were wondering, the tablet is not at all impressive, as it uses a single-core 1GHz processor and an 800 x 480 capacitive display. But the really impressive thing is that the tablet provides access to the Discovery iQ app, a cooking companion that keeps you up to date with everything that’s happening in the oven.
Not only that it provides you with recipes, but it also sends you notifications whenever your Cajun Chicken Jambalaya is ready to be served.
Sadly, the oven is a pretty expensive gadget, as the 30-inch single wall version will come with a price tag of $4,499 (€3,400), while the double model is priced at $7,499 (€5,700).
