Outside of the Excite X10, Toshiba’s CES 2012 booth also includes three other tablet models with 13.3-, 7.7- and 5.1-inch screens that run Google’s Android operating system.

Spotted at the show by Android Police, these pretty much seem to mimic the Excite as far as design is concerned, except for the 5.1-incher that seems to trade in the 16:10 screen of its siblings for a wider 16:9 display.

A bad move if you were to ask me, but I guess that Toshiba has its reasons for doing this.

Screen size aside, not much else is known about these three slates, but I would say that Android 4.0 ICS is the most likely candidate when it comes to choosing their OS.

Pricing is also unknown so far, but Toshiba was “nice” enough to tell us the tablets should arrive sometime this year. Now that really narrows down their launch date.
