On a first look you would be tempted to think that the SteelSeries Flux is just your ordinary headset, but don’t let this impression fool you as the Flux is one of the most customizable headsets out there.

What this means is that not you can swap the outer plates or change the ear cushions to fit your style, but you can also chose on which side you want the microphone to stand.

Two input jacks are available, one on each side, and the one that doesn’t have the mic installed can be used to daisy chain two headsets to share your favorite music with friends and family.

Another cool feature is the quick disconnect cable that allows Flux users to swap between the PC and mobile cables provided, the latter using 90-degree angled jack so it won’t make your phone any larger than it needs to.

No idea on pricing, but SteelSeries says the Flux headset will arrive sometime in Q2 this year.
