Toshiba's NB510 netbook may not be set to officially debut before CES 2012, but that doesn't mean some photos of it can't show up in the meantime.

It so happens that Notebook Italia just uncovered a few press shots.

There seem to be black, red and blue versions of the mobile PC, all powered by the Intel Atom N2600 or N2800 CPU.

The CPU is backed by 1 GB of DDR3 RAM (800 MHz) while the 10-inch display has a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels.

There is also a 320 GB HDD in the configuration, along with all the network, video and I/O ports one can expect.

Finally, the operating system loaded on the NB510 is Windows 7 Starter.

NB510 will be a sort of middle choice ($400 / 313 Euro), below the NB520 and above its predecessor (NB500).
