Squeezing mobile phones into wrist watches is one concept that can be considered the apogee when it comes to making handsets as small as possible. CECT W100 manages to do this perfectly and is the first wrist watch mobile phone to be released in China.

It may be difficult to believe, but the Chinese have not copied any watch mobile phones until now. CECT W100 is the first such model to hit their market and it really proves to be the result of a first chance shot at this technology.

Leading handset producers have already tried making this technology available by means of their launches. It lived up to their expectations and even more, one great reason to be used by less known companies.

The CECT W100 wrist watch mobile phone has a 65k TFT LCD touchscreen, which makes the device considerably easier to use than with regular buttons. There is also a 1 GB T-flash extendable memory, a feature that many regular mobile phones lack. The wrist phone also has a built-in FM radio and a 1.3 megapixel camera. That's just about most of the performances of normal handsets, only packed in a much more compact case.

"We are extremely excited by this product, which represents the culmination of many months of hard work and the close and successful collaboration among our marketing, sales and product development teams. Given the truly unique features of this phone, we think it will not only see favorable reception in the market, but we also believe that it could help enhance the overall recognition of our brand in China", considers Wu Zhi Yang, Chairman of QXM.

CECT W100 will be available in stores across China starting mid-September, this year in a wide variety of colors. Producers also plan on launching a strong advertising campaign in order to best reach potential buyers on the market.
