The development team at CD Projekt RED announces that the music design for the upcoming The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will use a number of traditional Slavic instruments in order to show gamers the violence and brutality of the world they are able to explore.

The songs have also been inspired by the traditions of the various Slav tribes and one of the bands that was involved in the endeavor is Percival, a group known for its efforts to achieve a powerful and authentic sound.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the last part of Geralt’s adventure and will see the character explore larger areas than those in the previous two games as he aims to deal with his past and with a supernatural threat.

The game will be out on the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PC in early 2014.
