CBS, which earlier this week broadcast a very popular 60 Minutes episode featuring Steve Jobs biographer Walter Isaacson, has debuted a Chrome app which features episodes from the show, including the Jobs one, as well as other clips.

The app, which is really just a website and works with any modern browser, is built on top of HTML5 and CSS3 and looks rather slick.

"The 60 Minutes Chrome App features the same hard-hitting investigative reports, interviews, feature segments and profiles of people in the news that are the hallmark of the iconic broadcast show, plus original video content from 60 Minutes Overtime," the app's description reads.

While it's packaged as a Chrome app, the new site works especially well on tablets. The videos, in HD quality, stream via HTML5 so this should work well on the iPad or any other device with a modern browser.
