Or NOT!

Spam messages are continuously arriving into our inbox and our solutions are so useless because they're not able to block all the unwanted incoming mails. It's so disturbing but we can't do anything because spamming methods are more and more powerful. Usually, spam messages are coming into our e-mail accounts but there are numerous ways to spam on the Internet: SMS, instant messaging clients or even blogs. Splogs is regarded as one of the most disturbing aspects for the blog community because spammers are using this "function" to post a huge number of comments to advertise a certain product or link.

"Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages, which are almost universally undesired. While the most widely recognized form of spam is email spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, mobile phone messaging spam and junk fax transmissions," Wikipedia sustains.

Nowadays, spam messages represent the main concern for security companies because multiple firms are working hard to create powerful applications meant to block all the unwanted messages coming into your inbox. Although there are a lot of solutions available on the Internet, only some of them are able to block spam messages but not all of them because these programs are often based on the sender's email address, subject or attachments.

At this moment, I have 53 e-mail messages that are marked as spam, all of them representing adverts for Viagra, watches or even operating systems. Most of them are also containing attachments that are surely infected with Trojan files or other types of viruses.

So, the big question would be: is it safe to buy stuff using these emails? OF COURSE NOT! Usually, the links attached to the messages are pointing you to good looking websites but it's NOT safe to buy products from this kind of pages. It's obvious that a powerful company that sells products online refuses to advertise by spamming and by sending unwanted messages to users from all around the world.
