Asus has just announced a new smartphone, the Asus M530w. This is a device addressed especially to businessmen that need to be at all times informed and in touch with their partners.

Asus M530w makes a perfect companion for someone that needs fast messaging and texting performances. For this, the phone supports Push E-mail and is capable of receiving mails from the user's office Outlook mail server. This smartphone uses WAP 2.0 for Internet access, which might prove a bit slow for higher transfer rate demands.

However, writing emails is easier than ever before with the help of the QWERTY keyboard which is identical to that used on a PC's layout. A businessman has presentations to make, documents to view and write. Asus M530w offers him all these facilities right on the screen of his smartphone, as it supports Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF documents. It's like carrying the office PC in your pocket for a permanent contact with the stringent problems in order to reach a solution as soon as possible.

Asus M530w comes equipped with a 2 megapixel Auto-Macro camera with flash, which is meant to provide pictures at a considerably high quality. Windows Media Player will later make sure that the captures are rendered in an easy-to-use way. The supported files list also includes MP3, WMA, WMV and Midi, which are the most frequently used formats for efficiently storing media on computers and on portable devices.

The built-in memory proves to be quite impressive, at its 256MB Flash, more than enough to store all the important projects that the user is working on. Just as an extra emergency resort, Asus M530w also supports an additional 64MB SDRAM.

Unfortunately, an estimated price has not been revealed yet, nor a date when it will be available for purchase, but everybody is hoping that it will come in their reach as soon as possible.
