Do you want to "takedown" your opponents on two brand new tracks from EA, available to download free of charge and exclusively, directly through your PSP? Sure you do. Carnival Point and Red Gate will have you rushing along sandy beaches and through the busy streets of an Eastern European city at night, while competing with your friends over Ad-hoc.

Here's a short description of the two.

1 - Carnival Point: As the late afternoon sun shines overhead, drift around long mountainous bends, hurtle past the sandy beach and wreak havoc in the downtown traffic of a South American metropolis.

2 - Red Gate: Race and boost chain your way through the busy streets of an Eastern European city at night, available as soon as 7th June.

Burnout is a racing game series that has seen quite a few ports in its lifetime (PS2, Xbox, GameCube and PSP). The game series was developed by Criterion Games and published by Acclaim. It wasn't until later that EA Games became the series' publishing label. The first two installments received critical acclaim and a large fanbase in Europe, but it wasn't until the release of Burnout 3: Takedown that American gamers started to become interested.

Burnout Dominator, on the other hand, is all about the return of Burnouts. Burnouts are the result of draining a complete boost meter without stopping. The boost meter in Burnout Dominator is primarily orange flames prior to a full boost meter, in which it turns into blue flames on full (known as Supercharge Boost). Driving dangerously while also using supercharge boost will light up the arrows on the boost meter, and when they are all lit, you can obtain another Burnout when you completely drain the boost bar. The rest is all about how you handle everything.

Now, with the newly announced tracks, gamers can also compete against the PSP in maniac, road rage or race game modes, or challenge their friends over Ad-hoc, after which they can upload best times and scores to the Burnout Dominator website.

US download instructions: ■ From the BurnoutHQ menu ingame via a wireless connection ■ From www.ea.com/burnout/dominator/

That's all. You'll be able to gather some more information off the sites mentioned above. Remember, June 7th will set your PSP on fire with 2 new tracks from EA, available for wireless download directly through your PSP. Have fun!
