A home invasion captured on surveillance video brings a startling perspective, showing that you never know what can go on in your house while you are asleep.

The video reveals a burglary taking place while one of the tenants of a house naps on the couch. The intruders walk in through the back door, which is very close to said couch, but he doesn't hear anything and continues to sleep.

According to KTEN, the two men entering the house were in there for an hour and a half. They took their time searching drawers, cabinets and even the freezer.

After collecting whatever valuable or resellable item they can get their hands on, the brazen criminals also walk off with a pair of shoes that they get from a spot near the couch.

"They stole shoes, hats, jackets. [...] Some laptops, some guns, some phones, a couple watches," sleeping resident Cameron Dishner describes.
