14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Bungie confirms that its upcoming Destiny video game is set to be released on the recently revealed Xbox One device from Microsoft, although the company has not mentioned any sort of official date.
The official Twitter account states, "#Destiny will absolutely be shipping on four platforms: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the newly announced Xbox One."
It's unclear whether the team at Bungie plans to introduce cross-platform play between the Xbox One and the older 360.
This feature will be enabled for the PlayStation family of devices from Sony.
Destiny is a futuristic shooter that will see the player travel the galaxy in order to make sure that the last city on Earth is kept safe.
The game will be launched later in the year on all platforms.
