Most of them will be dealt with via hotfix

Video game developer Bungie has already announced that it is planning to deliver a new big update for Destiny, labeled 1.1.2, and the studio is also ready to offer more details on the biggest problems the social shooter is having at the moment.

At the top of the list, according to the weekly update, is the fact that the 4th Horseman weapon, which is only offered to PlayStation 4 players who have picked up The Dark Below, has stats that are not the same as those of the patch notes for update 1.1.1.

A fix is actively worked on and it sounds like it might arrive as soon as it is created in order to make sure that fans do not abandon the game altogether.

Bungie also says that some gamers are reporting that the Companion app is causing them to lose items when they try to transfer them.

The studio explains that "While we investigate this issue, please be sure to check all Inventories amongst your characters, and to use caution when transferring items during mission countdown timers and load-ins for maps."

There are also reports that gamers are unable to see their Destiny characters on either the official Bungie site or the Companion app.

All those who are affected should report their issues to the company so that they can be solved as fast as possible.

Destiny continues to be a big success

The social shooter has managed to make an impact since it was launched and the development team at Bungie has said that more than 12 million people were playing it over the holiday period.

One of the reasons for the long-term popularity is the fact that updates have been arriving regularly and have managed to improve the game balance and squash bugs.

At the moment, a new update labeled 1.1.2 is set to arrive in the coming weeks, before the new House of Wolves expansion.

The big content drop is designed to be as big as The Dark Below before it and will add more weapons and more items, will increase the level cap once again, and will add strikes for gamers and one big end-game raid that will challenge them in new ways.

It is expected to arrive before the end of the second financial quarter of 2015.
