Hello there. If you're a fan of
Buka's work, then you're also a regular user of the developer's website, right? Well, as it turns out, we've just received word straight from the Russian developer that the official
website has gotten itself a revamping, sporting a brand-new look, fresh content and concrete design.
"Buka.com was fully redesigned and modernized in order to meet higher corporate standards of the company that grows intensively and builds up the strong image," the developer claims. "The site is business-oriented and focused on providing the partners and the press with the comprehensive and easy-to-get
information about Buka's business activities."
Here's the deal:
- the main sections of the site cover two major courses of Buka's business: producing and publishing of high-grade Russian
PC games and selling them internationally -
International Sales - highly acclaimed products within the Russian market can be found at the
Publishing in Russia section.
What the International Sales website basically does is that it gives an easy access to the essential information on the company's projects. As far as the "Our partners" segment is concerned, Buka has designed it as an interactive map, providing full information on partnerships around the globe. The flash map enables visitors to easily check availability of Buka's products and their presence in different regions.
But what's a game developer's website without a direct link to game pages? According to the Buka, "Game sections with handy interface display all-round information and offer large variety of downloadable materials. Moreover, game pages feature direct broadcasting of the latest game videos."
Good news for us news editors too, as Buka has confirmed that the site's respective press section now makes it a lot easier for the media to "keep abreast of the company news and updates."
The Russian developer couldn't help from not treating its fellow Russians to something only for them, thus including the upper mentioned Publishing in Russia sector, which contains ample and living information about the Russian game market and Buka's activity in it.
