It is as small as one would expect, and comes in red, black and white colors

Laptop mice are always smaller than their desktop counterparts, because they need to be easy to slip in a handbag or laptop case, and the new Buffalo BSMBB17 is no exception to this.

Plump and smooth, the little mouse features a 1600 DPI BlueLED optical sensor and a range of up to 10 meters.

It doesn't even use a USB receiver really. It connects to PCs via Bluetooth, and does the same with laptops and tablets, over a distance of 10 meters / 30 feet.

It's actually understandable that it doesn't have a receiver. Many tablets don't have USB ports, at least not of full size.

The mouse also uses a pair of AA batteries (377 hours of life) and can be colored black, red or white.

The Buffalo BSMBB17 mouse has a price of 4,200 yen / 41 USD / €30.
