14 DAY TRIAL // Following the beat-down Barron Hilton received while attending a party in Miami after allegedly “trash talking” Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton's brother is said to be looking to have plastic surgery in order to repair the damage to his face. Radar Online has the socialite flying back to Los Angeles to meet with top plastic surgeons that will take care of the scars on his face. Barron was involved in a brawl with a man who has been identified as New York-based Ray LeMoine, which left him with deep cuts to his nose and forehead.
The incident is said to have been orchestrated by Lindsay Lohan, who has been embroiled in a bitter feud with Paris Hilton, Barron's sister.
The “who did what to who” part is still being investigated by police, as Barron claimed it was Lindsay all along who spurred Ray LeMoine to administer the physical abuse, a fact he also related to the authorities. Lindsay and her camp have denied these allegations, claiming that she wasn't even at the party anymore when the incident occurred.
Police have tried to talk to Lindsay Lohan over the weekend, but the socialite has managed to evade them on several occasions and thus she didn't have to explain what actually happened at the party. If she's found to have any involvement in the matter, Lindsay might find herself in violation of her probation.
The “Mean Girls” actress is currently on probation after an incident in Los Angeles last July where she was accused of reckless driving and obstruction of justice. At the time, she pleaded no contest to the charges.
Meanwhile, Paris Hilton swore revenge on her social media accounts, claiming that she's going to see Lohan punished since no one messes with her family.
