The world renowned security and cryptography expert Bruce Schneier has done an interesting “ask me anything” (AMA) on Reddit.

The expert has answered questions regarding his analysis of the Snowden leaks, airport/airplane security, password managers, TrueCrypt security, the controversial badBIOS malware, government surveillance, cryptography and other topics.

He has given some interesting answers to equally interesting questions.

For instance, when a user asked him about the computer setup he’s using, he refused to provide a clear answer because he believed it might be an “intelligence gathering” attempt.

However, he has revealed that he encrypts his hard drive, he uses TOR when it’s needed, he securely erases his files, and utilizes Tails. On the other hand, he highlights the fact that he doesn’t use anything “magical.”
