14 DAY TRIAL // Bruce Jenner turned 65 the other day and celebrated by getting his fingernails painted bright pink, among other things. This is just the more recent of a series of changes he’s been operating on his appearance, which have been fueling talk that he’s in the middle of transitioning from male to female.
According to a new report, whatever the reason behind these changes, some people hanging out at the same golf club Bruce frequents don’t like what they see – and they’ve taken to mocking him publicly, very cruelly so.
Longer hair, longer manicure: is Bruce less of a man now?
Bruce likes to golf (a lot!) and he does it whenever he gets the chance at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks. Most of the people there, TMZ informs, are nice with him and treat him with respect, even though he looks different – different in a way that makes you want to stop and stare.
However, a bunch of fellow golfers have neither the manners nor the inclination to be nice, so they’ve taken to taunting Bruce for his feminine looks whichever chance they get. Apparently, they don’t believe he “should” be there on the court or with them in the locker room.
In one particular instance, one golfer “heckled” Bruce in the locker room over his dye-job and ponytail, and even threated him with cutting it when he wasn’t paying attention.
Another walked past the former Olympian and asked him how his male reproductive organ was, with the obvious implication that he no longer had it because he’d turned into a woman. Bruce’s response, as per the same e-zine, was priceless: “It's right here. It hasn't worked in 20 years,” he said, pointing at his crotch.
So what’s the deal with Bruce?
This has been the question on everyone’s lips since before he and wife of 23 years Kris Jenner announced they had separated in 2013. Even before this announcement, people had noticed not too subtle changes in Bruce’s appearance, mostly from plastic surgery.
However, they seemed to become even more drastic the moment he and Kris called it quits and he moved on his own. Since then, we have had reports that he’d grown breasts, we saw him with a long French manicure and a bright pink mani, we have noticed the difference in the size of his lips, pointing to that he’d gotten fillers.
There’s been talk that he cross-dresses at home and that the real reason his marriage crumbled was his discovery that he was a woman – and his plan to become one.
As of now, we have only questions, no answers. Bruce isn’t saying anything on the topic (bullying or no bullying), and Kris denied the transition rumors a few times. Her word doesn’t carry too much weight because she’s been known to “manipulate” the truth to serve her interest.
