Bruce Jenner Hasn’t Told Good Pal Lamar Odom of His Plans of Becoming a Woman

Lamar Odom’s marriage to Khloe Kardashian might be dead in the water but he’s still very close to soon-to-be-former father-in-law Bruce Jenner. To ever more reports that Bruce is making the transition to woman and that he will soon be undergoing gender reassignment, Lamar has just one thing to say: let the man be free.

Word that Bruce wants to be a woman has been around since before he and wife of 22 years Kris Jenner announced their decision to separate. They’re yet to file for divorce – and probably will never do it – but, tabloids said at the time, Kris pulled the plug on the marriage because she’d grown tired of his cross-dressing.

Since then, the former Olympian has had his Adam’s apple shaved off, he’s been photographed with long, perfectly manicured fingernails, and seems to have had even more plastic surgery on his face, to the point where his features could be described as very “feminine.”

Just yesterday, various media outlets were reporting as an almost certain fact that Bruce was making the transition and that he had even spoken to a specialist about going under the knife for the gender reassignment surgery.

“Bruce hasn’t told Lamar he wants to be a woman,” an insider says for Hollywood Life on the topic of Bruce’s decision.

“Lamar encourages Bruce to stay true to whoever he is and or wants to be. He did tell him that living with that family and being with Kris [Jenner] was all about perfection and how surgery is a normal thing in her eyes,” the insider continues, adding that, because of this, Bruce has “lost touch with reality.”

Still, if that’s what Bruce wants, he should definitely go ahead with it. Lamar will support him no matter what he decides he wants to be next, the report goes on to mention.

However, a second source vouches that, despite the many rumors, Bruce is all man and has every intention of remaining that for the rest of his life.

“Bruce is a total dude, all he talks about are cars and motorcycles and sports. I’ve known him for more than five years and I’ve never, ever seen him do or say anything that would make me think he wants to be a woman. [He’s a] total man’s man,” adds this insider.
