The bears were relocated to a sanctuary, say they dearly miss their cage

A few days ago, two brown bears were given the sack after working for over 10 years as entertainers at a restaurant in Kosovo.

The animals are devastated that they can no longer amuse the restaurant's customers and thus help the restaurant's owner make more money.

The fact that they had to trade their cage for a proper enclosure at an animal sanctuary also left the bears broken-hearted, sources say.

Irony aside, these two animals were rescued by green-oriented group Four Paws, whose members also took care of moving the bears to their new home.

It appears that the restaurant's owner got pretty mad when the police and the conservationists dropped by for a quick visit and ended up walking away with what he presumed were his bears.

The bears are named Ari and Arina. Both are about 10 years old, and Four Paws members say that they are happy and satisfied with their new living conditions.
