Charlie Sheen's ex wife Brooke Mueller is in serious trouble again: shortly after completing rehab and vowing to stay clean for the sake of their two kids, she fell off the wagon and has been arrested again. She was charged with possession and assault.
It all went down in Aspen, People magazine informs. Friday night, a woman called the police to complain that Mueller beat her up.
Police eventually tracked down Mueller at a local club, where she was having the time of her life as if nothing had happened, as the video below will show – it's the surveillance footage from the club obtained by TMZ.
“On Dec. 2, 2011, at approximately 11:32 p.m., officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through at the [music venue] Belly Up, 450 S. Galena Street, Aspen when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place. The woman identified Brooke Mueller, 34, of Los Angeles, California as the aggressor,” a police spokesperson says for the celebrity publication.
“After midnight, December 3, 2011, Aspen Police located Mueller at [the nightclub] Escobar, 426 E. Hyman Ave, Aspen,” the statement further says.
She had cocaine on her person, so she was booked for possession.
“Mueller was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree (class one misdemeanor) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (class four felony),” the official statement says.
Eventually, Brooke was released but not before she posted a $11,000 (€ 8,205.8) bond and was told she was expected back in court on December 19, 2011.
Mueller and Aspen seem to spell trouble most of the time: at the beginning of 2009, she and Sheen, there on a family vacation, got into such a nasty, drug-fueled argument that they were both detained by police, but only he got sentenced.
At the time, Brooke told the police that Charlie had held her captive, threatening her with a knife. Months after the divorce was final, she became one of Sheen's Goddesses but eventually left him.
