It's been too quiet lately in the Britney Spears department. Two days have passed with no lowdown on the former singer, and that's totally unacceptable. So here are the latest developments.

Britney decided to take a drive today to where her little sister Jamie is shooting her TV show. She knew that her mother, Lynne Spears, will be there and she had something that she wanted to deliver to her in person. Turns out she gave her some legal papers. Now the only legal notice that Britney could give her mother is the infamous restraining order we've been writing about some days ago.

It should stipulate that Lynne (the unfortunate mother of Britney Spears) is not allowed to come anywhere near Britney's two boys, on the count that she is an unsafe person around them. I don't know about you, but that description perfectly fits Britney's profile.

It seems that Britney has not forgiven her mother and that she is really determined to punish her. In case you don't remember, earlier this year, Britney went to rehab mostly because her mother kept on nagging her to stop the endless partying. You and I and probably most of the normal individuals out there would consider this a great favor. Britney Spears is clearly not one of those people.

Britney's endeavor has been monitored by the ever-present paparazzi. According to their images, Britney walked to her mother, gave her the legal papers, and then tried to get the hell outta there without giving her mother any explanation. That's just obnoxious! What's even more obnoxious is (again) her wardrobe.

Britney has gotten ourselves used to her awful fashion sense, and I for one believe that she simply does not care. Otherwise, I cannot explain how in God's name she dared to dress in such an awful outfit. I swear, even the truck stop hookers have better taste. Britney is turning out to be a trailer park (trash) girl through and through.
