Britney Spears says “biggest challenge” is “trying to get up and go work out in the morning”

Britney Spears has had ups and downs in terms of health and figure. She loves fast food and sweets, so it's no wonder she has to put in the extra effort to stay in shape. On the same note, it's no wonder she hates working out.

The pop star sat down with Stylist for an interview just recently, as we also informed you earlier today. Among the topics she talked about was also the one about how she dreads waking up in the morning to hit the gym.

According to Brit, that's her “biggest challenge.” She hates working out proportionally to how much she loves sweet treats.

“Trying to get up and go work out in the morning,” she says when asked which is the one thing she hates the most.

However, that's not to say she's oblivious to the advantages of a regular workout routine.

“I haven’t worked out in, like, two weeks. Sometimes it’s hard to be motivated. But once you get up and do it you feel like you’ve conquered the world,” she says.

When it comes to speaking of her favorite sweet treats, Britney is suddenly more verbose. Chocolate is a big hit with her.

“Chocolate. Definitely chocolate. A lot of chocolate. I love Scores in the States, with the caramel in the middle, and every once in a while if I’m really hungry then a Snickers bar is good,” she tells the aforementioned magazine.

“And M&Ms are great, Hershey’s Whoppers are great, Raisinettes… Twixes are great too. And the new Hershey’s Cookies & Cream, too,” Britney adds.

Then again, as much as she loves sweets, Britney also loves keeping active. Asked to describe a perfect holiday, she doesn't just include her family and boyfriend Jason Trawick in it, but also some form or another of outdoor sports.

“It would be with my children of course, and my boyfriend Jason [Trawick, also Britney's agent]. and really that’s it. We’d probably just go skiing somewhere really beautiful and have hot chocolate, in a cabin…” she says.
