Britney Loses ALL Her Visitation Rights

Somehow she managed to screw up yet again

Brit Brit bites her nails...but not in despair, it seems

The lovely Britney Spears just managed to make another monumental blunder in her never ending so-called custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline. I used the term "so-called" with good reason, and I'm sure you'll agree with me when I say that judging by the way the world's favorite pop wreck has been acting lately, she hasn't been trying very hard to get her kids back, on the contrary. And in case you still have any doubts about that left, check out her latest legal blunder and the excuses that came with it.

Britney, it seems, failed to give the people who were supposed to perform her drug and alcohol tests complete contact information and enough details about how to reach her. In fact, rumor has it that she gave them the number of one of her former assistants - and really, no one will convince me that she hasn't done that on purpose. The fact is, any failure to take a drug test is seen as a "fail", and so by order of the L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon an emergency hearing took place yesterday, during which all of Brit Brit's visitation rights were suspended.

The hearing seems to have taken place following a request submitted by K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and this is what the Commissioner's order reads: "Petitioner's (Britney's) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders", which means that Brit will have a well-deserved break from her kids, seeing that her next shot at getting her visitation rights back won't be until October 26th, when she's been ordered back to court.

And the funniest part (well, it's more ironic than funny actually, but under the circumstances...) is that Brit already came up with an excuse for this, and it's just as silly as that time when she missed her first visit with her kids and blamed it on a faulty buzzer at the front gate. This time, cellular reception is faulty in the Malibu area and she claims she never received any phone call from the drug testers. What about land lines? And how on earth was SHE supposed to get their calls when she had already given them a wrong contact number?

Well, that's about it for now from the dysfunctional Spears universe - but I'm pretty sure the former pop queen turned world's biggest train wreck will not leave us craving for more news and will do something...well, newsworthy in no time.
