Britney Spears has been getting better recently, but her improving condition still hasn't done anything for her sense of fashion. The singer - who recently tried her hand at a bit of acting and is said to be planning the launch of her very own fashion line - met up some friends for dinner at Dominick's and put in a not-so-smashing appearance, wearing her infamous old cowboy boots and a see-through turtleneck sweater which showed off a neon-yellow bra. And while most of us can feel happy that daddy Spears' "check panties and bra" strategy is working, Brit Brit still needs some practice.

The fact is, we haven't seen Britney flash her underwear in a long time. Arguably, that could be because she's not usually too keen on wearing underwear - however, kudos to daddy Spears again for stopping the vagina flashing for ever and ever. In any case, Britney's bright-yellow bra - clearly visible through her see-through white sweater - clearly looks like it's too small for her boobs, so Britney's dad will probably have to institute a new set of underwear-checking rules. Apart from checking his troubled daughter is actually wearing briefs and a bra, he'll have to ask someone - her assistant, presumably - to check the bra and panties actually fit her. Also, a change of bra color would be in order, but that's just me being pretentious and mean again.

Brit Brit's unfortunate choice of clothes comes at a time when the singer has reportedly been in talks with the Ed Hardy company to launch her own clothing line. Designer Christian Audiger confirmed to Star magazine that he has been talking to Britney about collaborating on a clothing line. Britney was seen at the Ed Hardy offices and it looks like the pop singer will indeed be fronting her own fashion line. However, Britney's reputation and her recent dress style have not made her any favors with the public, as she's often been seen out wearing outfits that were either stained or completely ridiculous. Hopefully, this new initiative will clear at least part of her name and give her fresh self-confidence.
