The Brits threw the biggest party in showbiz last night, at the O2 Arena in London, where the 2014 edition of the Brit Awards was held. The gala included plenty of spectacular performances (more on that later), funny moments, crazy fashion and, of course, tons of acceptance speeches.

The Brit gala honors accomplishments in music both from national artists and from overseas, so the winners were a mixed group. Just like the performers, if you think about it.

One Direction, aka the biggest boy band of the moment, had several nominations but walked home with just one award, that for British Video of the Year for “Best Song Ever.”

Arctic Monkeys took home a couple of awards, while Bruno Mars and Daft Punk also won one each. Bruno also performed.

Below is the complete list of winners at this year’s edition. Check it out to see if your favorite walked home with an award or just the memory of an amazing night.
