Researchers from Japan have basically created robotic woman heads that tell you how your breath smells.
The robotic simulation of a decapitated female is not alone in its sniffing either.
The researchers have also made a robotic dog's head that can tell you if you have smelly feet.
I suppose the inventions could be useful to the very few people in the world who can't detect smells on their own, for whatever reason.
Otherwise, they're really nothing but means to get a good laugh.
The team that has done all this was primarily made of college students and was led by CrazyLobo President Kennosuke Tsutsumi.
The female head is called Kaori (Japanese for "aroma") and will catalogue your breath in two seconds, from "sweet and sour, smells good" to "we have an emergency."
