After last week’s ‘Breaking Dawn’ photo leaks, Summit Entertainment is no longer taking any chances with anything. The set of the upcoming installment from the vampire saga has gone on lockdown in preparations for the big wedding scene.

Security on previous “Twilight” films was also very tight, mostly because paparazzi would go to any lengths to offer the ever-curious fans tidbits from the film.

However, never before has interest in the film been so great before release, and that’s because “Breaking Dawn Part 1” brings two very intense and different moments from the other installments: the wedding and the wedding night.

Consequently, Summit is taking extra steps to make sure nothing else from the film gets out there before the right time, the Daily Mail reports.

The set of the film, where the wedding scene is believed to be shooting as we speak, has gone on lockdown, in a bid to prevent fans and the media to get even a glimpse of Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) on their big day.

“Swathes of tarpaulin, huge marquees, road blocks and armed police, all are in place to ensure a high profile wedding goes smoothly,” the British tab says.

“[Producers are] leaving nothing to chance after recent breaches, and have high security surrounding the Canadian set,” adds the Mail.

“The hub just outside of Squamish – doubling for Bella’s home town Forks, Washington – is surrounded by off-duty police officers and that Canadian staple – the Mounties,” says the same publication.

“From aerial shots you can make out the Cullen house, which is where the wedding takes place, it is believed that scenes are currently being filmed,” the report further reads.

“See” is a bit of an overstatement, since fans can hardly see anything: producers have made sure everything is covered so that paparazzi would get nothing for their efforts, not even the smallest detail about the wedding.

As we also reported the other week, after photos and footage from “Breaking Dawn” leaked online (from key scenes like the wedding night and Bella’s transformation), author Stephenie Meyer and star Robert Pattinson urged fans not to give in to temptation and to wait for the final product to come out in theaters.
