Brandi Passante, whom fans of the A&E reality show “Storage Wars” must be familiar with, has won a small victory in a lawsuit she filed against an adult website she claimed hosted unauthorized images and footage of her, and sold merchandise in her likeness.

The reality star initially asked for $2.5 million (€1.9 million) in damages but, The Huffington Post reports, a judge did not find that she provided sufficient proof to back the accuracy of such an estimate.

“The judge indeed ruled in her favor, but awarded her only $750,” HuffPo says.

“Judge James V. Selna of US District Court in central California awarded her the small compensation despite her claims because Passante ‘[provided] absolutely no support for this calculation of damages’,” adds the same media outlet.

The judge also ruled that Passante’s attorney fees will be covered by the defendant, who must also remove all compromising and unauthorized material from the website.
