She’s only seen the trailers but she’s already profoundly unhappy with the series

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian will “finally” get the chance to tell “their side of the story” thanks to a new VH1 reality show premiering later this month, LeAnn & Eddie. We’ve seen a few trailers for it so far, and so has Eddie’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville – and boy is she furious!

An extended preview for the show is also included below, embedded at the end of the article. As you can see, at least 3 times Eddie and LeAnn bring Brandi’s name into the conversation, two times in a mocking manner. The third time, LeAnn is telling friends that she (Brandi, not LeAnn) needs rehab for alcoholism.

Shortly after the trailer came out, there was a lot of talk about how these two would probably use their new reality show to continue the feud with Brandi, who has been raging since Eddie dumped her to be with LeAnn, after he was caught cheating.

With this in mind, it’s perhaps surprising that it took Brandi so long to react to this. She was probably mustering courage: Life & Style magazine writes that she’s sought legal counsel regarding her options with the show.

She doesn’t appreciate Eddie’s mocking her publicly, just like she doesn’t appreciate seeing LeAnn call her an alcoholic on national television. According to the publication, she has every reason to be this upset, because, when she and Eddie had the divorce settlement drawn up, “Eddie insisted on a clause that prohibits the exes from publicly trash-talking each other.”

She wants him to respect it.

“Eddie was worried that if Brandi bad-mouthed him, it would hurt his career. But the clause works both ways and she thinks he and LeAnn have completely violated it,” an insider familiar with the situation says for the celebrity publication.

“She doesn’t give a [expletive] what they think about her behind closed doors. But to attack her on TV, where it can affect her children — it’s disgusting,” the tipster continues.

Brandi too has been trashing Eddie and LeAnn in public, but she never did it on TV (just in her books and on Twitter) and she never did it in a direct manner. Whenever she mentioned them by name, she only related things that had happened between them but she didn’t mock them.

Most likely, she’s thinking she’s kept her end of the bargain, so she wants Eddie to keep his as well. Well, either he keeps it or she’s going after his money, the same money he says in the trailer he does make, despite reports to the contrary.
