There was no love story, just convenient travel arrangements

The entire world watched and gushed as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt wed in secret in France and then announced to the entire world. Everyone was happy for them, as the couple had been engaged for years, and everyone saw it as a beautiful commitment of their love.

But during a recent interview for his newest movie, “Fury,” Brad Pitt revealed that it wasn't their undying love that they got married for in the end, it was for their children. “I was surprised at the effect. The kids were asking and we thought it would be a lovely thing to do,” ha said.

Brad only married Angelina because the children wanted them to and because it made it easier for them to travel abroad

Normally, people get married because they want to celebrate their love and express that love to the world by becoming man and wife. But Brad just burst the biggest bubble of the year, by telling everyone that it wasn't love that made him get married, but his children.

“We wanted the kids to be able to get to Africa and Asia and see some of the places where Angie has worked,” he explained to stunned reporter, as quoted by the Daily Star, the real reason why he and Angelina became the Jolie-Pitts.

Brad also revealed that he's the king at home, top of the food chain

And that's not the only weird thing Brad revealed to the press. Also in a recent interview, when asked about his wife's recent Dame title awarded to her by the Queen, the actor revealed that it did not give Angelina the right to boss him around at home.

“Ahh, no. We have our own pecking order at home!” Brad cut in, indicating that he's the one who wears the pants in the family.

There is no doubt that Brad and Angelina are not your typical couple, but we didn't know that they were so unconventional when it comes to their relationship and their feelings toward each other. Then again, more and more people are beginning to view marriage as a socially-imposed restriction on their love life and choose to live out their days as partners, instead of making it official and saying their “I dos” in front of an audience.

For Brad and Angelina, the kids' needs came first, as the couple took hints from their 6-children-brood. They let the children come up with ideas for the wedding party, they let them design Angelina's dress, make some of the food for their celebration and even wear the clothes they wanted to wear.
