Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston decided to divide their possessions, estimated at 400-million dollar. The ex-couple decided to split their fortune, which is expected to be a 50-50 split of their fortune, in private, without lawyers.
At stake is their $15 million Hollywood estate, a $5 million yacht and profits from their production company "Plan B" and their Santa Barbara ranch, reports FashionMonitor.com.
The documentation states: "Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons."
The papers did not reveal how the actors will divide their possessions, but do say they have reached an out-of-court agreement. The divorce was pronounced on 19 August, in Los Angeles Superior Court by retired Judge Jill S. Robbins.
Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt separated in January after four and a half years of marriage and Aniston filled the divorce paper in March, citing "irreconcilable differences". Pitt, 41, is rumoured to have a romantic affair with beautiful actress Angelina Jolie.
