Vladimir Putin is struggling to get Russia’s birth rate up and, according to the Moscow Times, he’s found just the thing to do that: he’s bringing Boys II Men to perform in Moscow this February.

“The stylish trio of Boyz II Men, the most successful R&B group of all time, is coming to Moscow on Feb. 6. The group will perform a selection of their classic and new romantic ballads, hopefully giving Russian men some inspiration ahead of St. Valentine's Day,” the publication reports.

In other words, Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman and Nathan Morris will perform live and, luckily, after the show, men and women in attendance will be feeling a bit more romantic than when they came – and act upon it as well.

On a more serious note, romantics hoping to catch Boyz II Men live without actually having to travel all the way to Moscow can do so this summer in the US, when they and 98 Degrees will be headlining for the New Kids on the Block.

The tour is called The Package and kicks off on May 31.
