14 DAY TRIAL // A 13-year-old boy is going to prison for having killed his neo-Nazi father two years ago. Joseph Hall will be sent to a youth facility until he turns 23 years old.
Hall admitted to killing his father and he was sentenced to 40 years in jail. He will be serving only part of that sentence, since he is a minor and he has to be released by the age of 23. The rest of the penalty will be suspended, NBC Los Angeles writes.
"It's a horrific outcome," attorney Punam Grewal describes. He suggested that Hall be sent to a medical facility.
Hall has been convicted of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his father on May 1, 2011. The boy was just 10 years old at the time.
