In the PS box, Kyle adds instructions on how to use the note and details that she should circle her answer. He gets shut down, though, because she already has a boyfriend.
Since she appreciates the gesture, she still gives him hope, and tells him that she might be breaking up with her current boyfriend in a month or two.
In addition to that, Kyle's note has gone viral on Reddit and he might be getting a few phone calls from other girls.
