A new flavor of the Box application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices, namely version 1.5, with some appealing enhancements packed inside, including the possibility to preview documents while on the go, straight from the app.

The feature was previously made available for the owners of Android and iOS devices, and is now providing Windows Phone users with the same capabilities.

According to Box, the application now offers support for previewing over 75 file types, and does not require opening another app or downloading the full document.

Furthermore, the software, available for download on this page, comes with support for Office documents and PDFs to be opened directly in Microsoft Office.

It also enables users to pin it to the home screen using a Wide Cycle Tile, to see and edit file descriptions, and to engage in discussions on a folder level.
