Using fellow rappers P. Diddy, Ja Rule, DMX and Jay Z as role models, the teenage artist is already considering a very early retirement from the music stage.
A few years ago, the rapper shed the 'Lil'' from his name to illustrate the change from childhood to maturity and, now, after having accumulated more life experience, declares that the next album (his fifth) might actually be the last one he releases as a rap artist.
Bow Wow made his cinematographic debut in 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift' and supposedly is excited about giving acting a serious try. He told MTV News that scripts from all the major studios keep stacking on his desk and that he is currently trying to pick one that will do his talent justice. Bow Wow promised his fans that they are sure to see him pretty soon in at least two other movies.
The fifth album is yet untitled and is believed to be supervised by producer Jermaine Dupri. What's sure at this point is the fact that it approaches a more mature and edgy sound. The rapper told the press that, if it were to be his last music material, he will make sure that he will leave the 'game' in big style, 'with a bang'.
