The men believed to be responsible for the horrific Boston bombing attacks may have had prior training, a lawmaker from Texas suggests.

Rep. Michael McCaul, heading the House Homeland Security Committee, has spoken out about his belief that now-deceased suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been taught how to build the explosives used in Boston.

As I mentioned previously, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev allegedly set up bombs build out of pressure cookers. They devices were packed with shrapnel, injuring some 200 people and killing three during the Boston Marathon.

According to the Boston Herald, McCaul is convinced that Tamerlan received instructions on how to build the bombs. However, after questioning younger brother Dzhokhar, the FBI stated that the pair were working alone.

His mother and father have told the press that they will not be traveling to the States for his trial and Tamerlan's funeral, due to issues with father Anzor's blood pressure.
