Three more people have been arrested in the Boston Marathon attacks. The FBI have detained three college friends of suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's on Wednesday, May 1.

Azamat Tazhayakov, Dias Kadyrbaye and Robel Phillipos have been arrested for covering up for the Boston suspect after the bombing.

Kazahstan natives Tazhayakov and Kadyrbaye allegedly threw away Tsarnaev's backpack and his laptop after the attacks, once noticing fireworks inside the bag.

They have been arrested for conspiring in a blatant case of obstruction of justice, euronews tells us.

US citizen Robel Phillipos, also a friend of the student, lied to the FBI about their actions and he was charged with making false statements to law enforcement officials.

As reported, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is now jailed in a prison doubling as a medical facility, while recovering from gunshot wounds to the throat and leg. He stands to face trial this month.
