A 71-year-old man's passion for cars has surpassed any imagination, as the retired Bosnia resident has redesigned his old Volkswagen Beetle and transformed it into a fully-functional wooden car.

Pensioner Momir Bojic proved that he not only has a rich imagination, but also incredible skills when he took it upon himself to construct his own unique Volkswagen.

According to Distractify, he spent more than two years building his dream car, and used around 50,000 separate pieces of oak, each of which passed through at least 23 separate procedures to achieve the necessary form and state. Everything in this amazing car is made of wood, as it has a wooden body, wooden steering wheel, wooden hub caps and even a wooden dashboard.

Mr. Bojic made all the pieces in his garden workshop and definitely put a lot of work into it, as the attention to detail he gave to his car is really incredible. However, the result is amazing. He created a real masterpiece, so I guess it was all worth it.

At first glance, the wooden vehicle may seem as a replica of a standard Volkswagen Beetle, but in fact is perfectly roadworthy, and its proud owner says it attracts people's attention wherever he goes.
